The workshop registration fee covers three meals per day in a resort location. In addition, the fee also covers the publication of the post-workshop ACM/IEEE formal proceeding.

MLCAD provides a travel grant (USD 500) for PhD students. To apply for the grant, the student needs to write a short letter to the MLCAD General Chairs giving a reason for attendance. Deadline for applications is Wednesday, August 14, 2019.
Talk acceptance and registration and ACM/IEEE workshop proceedings:
Each accepted talk is expected to be presented in-person by one of the authors at the workshop in Banff on Sept 3/4. Each accepted talk requires one full registration. Contributing a full paper to the ACM/IEEE MLCAD proceedings is optional. Only work that has been presented at the workshop will be invited for the ACM/IEEE post workshop proceedings.
